1. Spare Batteries - fly longer

4. Neutral Density Filter (ND)

Neutral density filters are very important when shooting videos on unmanned aircraft. They allow you to capture more cinematic recordings when the sun is bright during the day. The rule of thumb is that the shutter speed must always remain 2 times the frame rate so if you shoot at 30fps at 4k on the Spark, your shutter speed must remain as close as possible to 60. Beyond darker / cloudy weather this can only be done using a filter ND which limits the sunlight entering the lens. This allows you to maintain the x x frame rate rule for smooth cinematic recordings and also allows snippet color correction to be much easier in post production with a fixed shutter speed.
